Marlena, as she did it before a few times, has helped me to iron out a software subscription problem. For the same service, I found out that I had involved with 3 subscriptions, for one device, 5 devices, and 10 devices. And perhaps with other redundant variations too. It is virtually impossible for me to have this problem ironed out. Thanks to Marlena, who spent a lengthy effort to eliminate this mess with the provider. I heartily am grateful for her time, her effort, her expertise, and mostly her kindness in helping out this mix-up. Do you except credit and debit cards?
Yes. We do accept credit and debit cards. We also accept direct ACH withdrawals.
How quickly can my computer get fixed?
It is always our goal to deliver same day or next day service. Sometimes when we have a higher volume or need to order a part, it takes a little bit longer. But we know how hard it is to be without your computer and we always do everything we can to return it to you ASAP.
Do you fix Apple Macbooks, Desktops, iPads?
Yes. At Computer Medic... we treat all computers alike.
Do you have any discounts or Promotions?
Yes. We offer 20% off the first year of IT support when you sign to a contract. Check it out.
Do you offer service maintenance contracts?
Yes! We recommend that any office who works with customer's everyday should have a contracted IT team at their beck and call. It is often more affordable to have a contracted arrangement. Our contracted customers cost for IT is about 50% less than if they were to be working on a per diem basis!
What are your fees?
We always strive to be as fair as possible with our pricing. Business fees are $130.00 per hour. All service calls, regardless of the time spent resolving as issue are subject to minimum service fee of $75.00.
