Equipment Protection Plan

Don't ever worry about paying for failed hardware again. With the equipment protection plan, Computer Medic will replace normal life cycled hardware up to 10% of your annual contract price for FREE. This is a great way of not having to worry about unforeseen costs. In order to qualify for this program all hardware must be lifecycled at Computer Medics recommended time period. The Equipment Protection Plan is only $5 a month extra for each device in your office under the Silver and Gold Coverage. The Platinum Coverage includes the equipment protection plan for free.

We currently are assisting Arledge Electronics promote quality customer service at their Cedar Crest Village location. We have experience with servicing cable equipment including IP telephony, Internet, and Television. We are also familiar with maintaining and monitoring equipment that is located in your head end including Modulators and Satellite Transponders.
